GLSC were invited back on 97.2 Grantham's HiveFM to be interviewed by Paul Martin ahead of start to the new term in September. Rachel (Club Vice Chair) and Ed (Comms Secretary) spoke about what our members learn and the water safety skills that will stay with them for life as well as sharing club information in readiness for our trial sessions that begin on 10th September 2025.
Huge Congratulations to all members who won awards and earned their certificates at our July 2025 Awards Evening. It was great to see so many smiling faces as people collected their medals, trophies and certificates.
Our next Rookie Award evening will be Wednesday 2nd April during our normal session times.
The presentations will begin at 7.30 with swimmers to start their lessons shortly after.
We now have a range of Grantham Lifesaving club branded merchendise for sale. For
each item sold a small percentage of the profits will go towards helping the club to buy equipment for the students.

by presenter Paul Martin. They discussed a host topics from poolside/water safety skills to our club
history, and the club's recent 50th anniversary celebrations.
